Graduate Sales Executive

Location: Hessle
Salary: £20,000 (£30K OTE)

An entrepreneurial, pioneering organisation that provides legal software to law firms nationwide are looking to expand their presence further with the addition of driven graduates! As a Graduate Sales Executive with our client, you’ll be joining a company that makes a real investment in their employees!

Carefully segmented into two clear progression stages, you’ll initially operate in an internal role, learning about the company, marketplace and product range offered. Once you have a good grasp of the front end of the business cycle and the requisite selling skills, you’ll move out into the field in a more client facing role. This is when you’ll employ a warm interpersonal manner when presenting to, engaging and negotiating with clients in order to obtain business.

The Role:

- Learn about the product range, company services and marketplace they operate in
- Strategically generate and nurture leads and develop rapport with key decision makers in order to obtain revenue
- Once you have a thorough understanding of the front end of the sales cycle, you’ll be progressed out into the field, managing your client base and attending meetings to negotiate with them face to face
- Deliver client presentations, up and cross-selling the company’s services
