Warings Furniture are looking for an Administrator to join our Product & Pricing team to assist and provide administrative support to our Sales Department.
The role would suit an organised person with a can do attitude who is able to prioritise work and has a good knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Sage Act) and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Candidates must also have good literacy and numeracy skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to keep accurate records and maintain data bases.
- Assisting and providing administrative support and product information to the Sales team
- General administration duties; typing quotations, sending emails, filing, updating data base, maintaining, collating and developing a library of sales and quoting information.
- Any other duties as required by Warings Furniture Ltd
- Excellent general administrative and computer skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (must be able to do spreadsheets and basic formulas)/Outlook (for Email) /Sage Act Data base
- Excellent attention to detail/accuracy in all work
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Must be a team player with the ability to use own initiative
- Ability to prioritise work and to work under pressure and to deadlines
